This for me is like a favorite sweater. How it keeps you warm during the coldest of times. I wrote this as a symbol of washing my hands, and moving past my own self criticism. Water is often cold, yet a refreshing cleanse and there's nothing like putting a sweater on after bathing in a lake. I often find when I think of myself, my best self, is just like my favorite sweater. Whether it's an actual physical sweater or something imaginary . It is my god, it is my balance, it is my reminder to carry warmth when things look grim. I aim for you to get any bit of this feeling and whatever the object, whatever your god may be, I hope you wear it.
